Full Knowledge LLC is a company derived from Greg Spehar's knowledge
and experiences. These ideas and concepts were first defined while
working with NASA as a contractor for IBM in the late 1980s and then with
McDonnell Douglas in the early 1990s. The problem Mr. Spehar was
interested in solving, had to do with creating a set of predictable processes
and tools which would allow a team to "engineer" software. Software
engineering continues to be a problem as many projects still do not meet
their product definitions and their performance/quality goals.
Mr. Spehar has worked at several technical infrastructure startups such as
Gemstone Systems and Klocwork Inc. Additionally, Greg has spent time
helping companies such as Federal Express, Nike, State of Oregon and
Bonneville Power Administration achieve their goals. Specifically he was
able to develop software products and improve software development
processes for each of these clients.
Mr. Spehar also has a very deep educational background. He spent some
time performing research at Portland State University in 2003 on the
potential use of simulating tools to predict the schedule, cost and quality of
a given software development process. He completed his MBA in 1996 at
the University of Texas at Austin (Top 15 ranked MBA in the United States) in
International Business and Entrepreneurship. And while at NASA in the early
1990s Mr. Spehar also pursued a degree in Educational Psychology at the
University of Houston. His initial education in engineering was completed in
1990 at Purdue University (Top 5 ranked Engineering school in the United
States) with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering.
Through these extensive experiences and vast educational knowledge Mr.
Spehar has become an expert in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
processes and practices. Specifically the ability to assess an organization
and recommend and assist in implementing the automation of manual
software development processes.
Mr. Spehar currently passed his Project Manager Professional (PMP)
Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). He intends to use
this new knowledge within the context of ensuring the introduction of new
process tools and techniques, at a customer site, are professionally
managed to a successful completion.
With these experiences and a wide range of professional connections, Mr.
Spehar hopes to grow Full Knowledge as a company to bring "engineering"
principles and discipline to the software development industry which has
been plagued for years by questionable quality and failed projects. With

employees to service customers and meet customer
